My latest mystery. If I had to describe this one...it's a bit like School Daze meets Big Little Lies. Available in ebook and paperback. #KindleUnlimited #mystery #suspense #blackauthor

Oh, and on this wonderful day, let's also acknowledge the importance of #Reparations. We love to talk about the racial wealth gap but we don't much care for what it will truly take to close it. So much potential, promise, and progress ROBBED from us.
I love that #junteenth is getting national recognition. It's one of my favorite time periods to teach about. So much promise...
There's more, obvi, but my point is: as we celebrate #junteenth keep in mind that freedom has always been followed by progress because we're an intelligent, resourceful, determined people...
Only 400,000 enslaved Africans were brought to the US. By #junteenth there were 4.5 million African Americans here. My people, you are descended from the 400k. Be proud of that. Let's always celebrate that!
I've always loved me some @NikkiBeharie
