Buying pullbacks and upside reversals is not just buying a ticker because it has declined, averaging down, or blindly buying every dip. A pullback qualifies only when the larger trend is healthy, support is identifiable, and you know what price action proves the setup wrong.
Common mistakes include buying too early. An 8–10% decline is not support, and reversals can develop over weeks.
