Ever wanted to study traveling waves with MEG-EEG but hit the spatial resolution limit? We tackled this by developing an generative model to characterize traveling waves in the primary visual cortex. Check out our preprint on @biorxiv_neursci! 🧠🌊

A piece of evidence showing that a signal propagating across MEG-EEG sensors can reflect local traveling waves within visual areas!
Very happy to share our first 2025 preprint on @ERC_Research funded work on Traveling Waves in human! The work was led by @DugueLab postdoc Kirsten Petras and former postdoc @LGrabot!

Super excited about David’s last manuscript! Using sEEG data we demonstrate the dominance of global scale traveling waves in the cortex. @DugueLab @ERC_Research @InstUnivFr @InccParis @univ_paris_cite
Last pre-print from the lab by David M. Alexander and @lauradugue on traveling waves! @ERC_Research
