Hace un año se cambió la fecha para que no coincida con el Día Nacional de la Cultura Afro. Este año no quieren moverla sabiendo el caos logístico y de seguridad que implican eventos como la propia marcha o un evento histórico como la visita de un Papa. Chicos, no es serio.
