The sad truth is I receive more daily hate and harassment from you than any one in all my life. Bar being sexually assaulted by a man in what should have been a safe space , your sad obsession about how I go to toilet is about the lowest anyone can go.

Today is #EqualPayDay, and the construction industry has a number of other factors to contend with, according to this report, that highlights issues that make the construction industry the least inclusive for women. @ICE_engineers

“Too often women have to choose between their careers and caring responsibilities, and face sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination at work.”
Secretary of State, @bphillipsonMP, on why #EqualPayDay matters ⬇️

ALT Portrait blue graphic, featuring a photo of the Secretary of State, Bridget Phillipson, and members of the Fawcett Society sat at a table smiling at the camera. The graphic reads: “As a working mother, I understand how women can miss out on opportunities, often choosing between their careers and caring, with their pay bearing the impact. That’s why, just as we fought for equal pay, we are now turning our attention to breaking down the barriers which lead to the gender pay gap.”
