Today is World Mental Health Day, an important opportunity to raise awareness and challenge stigma. This year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” reminds us how important it is not only to talk about mental health, but to listen to each other 💚

Yesterday was World Suicide Prevention Day. Running is more than just exercise - it’s community, connection, and a space where people show up for each other. It is important to check in with each other. Listen without judgement. Sometimes just being there is enough.
