The woman on the right (in a light blue coat and with short blonde bob) is touching a Theasel branch which is growing vertically, and is bear bar a prickly bulb at the top. The woman on the left is wearing a light grey coat and glasses and is gesturing towards the plant. The woman in the middle, in a navy coat and light blue hat is smiling and listening.
