“Tough times don’t last but tough people do. You show your resiliency and you develop your grit in those moments when it doesn’t feel right, but it is the right thing to do.”

The difference between normal and elite? Normal looks for limits, elite breaks them. Elite doesn’t stop when it’s hard—it stops when it's done.  Normal is satisfied with good, but elite is obsessed with greatness—no stopping, no settling.

“A champion is build on the other side of I don’t feel like it. A winner and a loser have the same goals when they first start. But, somewhere along the journey, we are all not going to feel like it. And, it’s in those moments where character is shown.” @inkyjohnson

"Are you going to let the little things slide or are you going to go do that extra little work to be great? Do you want to be great? Every day - be great. It’s not comparing yourself to anybody else, but maximizing what you are." -Andy Reid #SuperBowlLVII #ChiefsKingdom #Chiefs

Winning isn't a sprint, it's a marathon of steps. It's about waking up every day, obsessed with improvement. The journey is where you learn to love the process as much as the result. Because greatness is earned one step at a time.

Great teams are made of great teammates. The focus is on the score not who scored. The goal is to be the best for the team not the best on the team. The greatest efforts are made to complete each other not to compete with one another. "Without the team in teamwork, it's just work."

"The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses- behind the lines, in the gym, & out on the road, well before I dance under the lights."-Muhammad Ali Wins don't come on game day. Wins are created in practice with your daily habits & efforts. You don't find success-you earn it.
