Gonna miss being on the court with my best friends. Thank you @LCLadyWolves for the best 4 years!
What a career it's been for Liberty Creek's Kaylor West — and she still has a spring season to go.
The WKU softball signee guided the Wolves to their first girls basketball tournament. She scored 20 points and finished as their all-time leading scorer.

I cannot stop watching this interview.
Coaches, show this interview to your team ASAP.
In a world of entitlement and quick gratification, this is so refreshing to see.

Navy SEALs have a saying.
You may find it helpful.
When something sucks, they look at each other and say:
"FULL BENEFIT"
It’s an instant mindset shift.
• Hiking and it starts pouring rain?
• Driving and your car breaks down?
• Working on a project and lost a draft?
FULL BENEFIT.
***
LESSON: Adversity is an opportunity
The message is simple.
Every adversity is an opportunity.
• To grow
• To learn
• To evolve
• To get stronger
• To become better
These moments forge us if we let them.
The next time you're facing something hard, welcome it.
Work through the process.
Learn the lessons.
Reap the full benefit.

Thank you to coach Seth Massey and Kari Douglas at @LCWolvesHoops @LCLadyWolves for allowing @WHINRadio to broadcast a few games this season. It wasn't a full schedule, but a good start and good luck in the postseason. Thanks to all the fans who listened.

Everyone wants to be a national champion.
Not everyone is a starter.
If you are on your scout team, are you fulfilling your role and giving a national championship effort?
Every role matters.

Great quote there from Kirby Smart.
"As long as you don't have entitlement in your program, you got a shot."
Great stuff.
