Congrats to Manny Jimenez, CEO of Black Knight Patrol, for his “election” as San Pedro’s Honorary Mayor. Manny is a former Harbor Cadet who credited the life skills he learned there with his success. He is also the epitome of giving back by fundraising for Harbor Cadet Program – at San Pedro, Los Angeles

Today I've announced a $5 million settlement blocking ghost gun sales in CA. It will hold Polymer80 and its founders accountable, keep ghost guns out of the hands of prohibited people, make L.A. neighborhoods safer and help law enforcement do their job. tinyurl.com/439rw695

Every Memorial Day, I stop and think about my @LoyolaLawSchool classmate and friend Major Stuart Wolfer, KIA in Iraq on April 6, 2008. An overall good person, patriot, and family man.
I hope you have a meaningful Memorial Day. It is much more than a long weekend…
Thanks for continuing to make a difference in the lives of so many!
