For this month’s #LHCOnYourBlock, #TeamLHC travels to Monroe, Louisiana to visit our partners at The Wellspring, an organization dedicated to providing shelter and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or fleeing domestic violence. #TeamLHC recently broke ground in Franklin, LA, on The Avenue, an exciting adaptive reuse project that will transform the former Franklin Foundation Hospital into 72 affordable senior apartments.
