Most humans with MF worldwide don’t have access to drugs like ruxolitinib, pacritinib or momelotinib, yet they are touted so much, people forget about #BMTsm… which is not nearly touted enough, nor performed enough in any of its indications worldwide 😔 @astct @LABMT2 @TheEBMT
