Running a marathon in the dead ass of summer is a horrible idea. Just glad I finished and survived it. Spent some time with the mental demons today.

Don’t know many other 11 year olds who are up for this kind of work. So proud of the kid.

I remember staying up to watch the 2:00 AM ESPN replay the morning after we destroyed Air Force. That was the last and only time I ever seen the TV copy of this game. What a fun trip down memory lane.
34 Days Until the @CSURams join the @pac12! 🐏 And on day 34 the only prescription is MORE KYLE BELL. We're highlighting one of the ultimate fan-favorites and toughest running backs to ever command the backfield at Hughes Stadium: #34 @Kyle_Bell (2004-2008)! 🔔 Kyle put up an astronomical 8,248 rushing yards at Weld Central, a mark that STILL stands today as the all-time high school rushing record in the state of Colorado. As a bell-cow back for Sonny Lubick, Kyle was an absolute workhorse. In 2005, he racked up a massive 1,288 rushing yards on his way to All-MWC honors. He went a perfect 4-0 in the Border War, including a 35-carry, 123-yard masterpiece against Wyoming in 2005. Let's bring the Boot home on Sept 5. #Pac12Countdown #GoRams

Great night with @CSUFootball at Cherry Hills meeting Coach Mora for the first time, hearing from Dave Logan, Jesse Nading and Mike Sanford on everything Colorado football, and catching up with some former Ram greats.

Been another year already? 8 years sober now. So incredibly grateful where this journey has taken me.
7 years ago today I made the decision that alcohol no longer had a place in my life. I’m incredibly grateful for the journey sobriety has taken me on and I want you to know that if you’re struggling reach your hand out there because there are people out there who want to help

People underestimate how long it takes to win big. You struggle for 10 years. Eventually, in one day, you achieve more than you did your entire life. Be patiently aggressive.
