Stray, my third album, is out everywhere September 4. I've been absorbed in making this record for the last four years, but I've lived with these songs for much longer than that. It's finally time to set them free.
You can listen to "Carolina" now on Bandcamp. Much more to come.
As you may know, I am one half of the transatlantic pop-punk duo Harsh Lights. Today, after 3 years of writing and recording remotely, our first full-length album is out everywhere! I pushed myself both vocally and lyrically on this record, and I'm so excited to share it ❤️
I had the honor of guesting on today's episode of the Something in the Wilderness podcast, a song-by-song exploration of the music of @andrewmcmahon.
We talk about the Jack's Mannequin deep cut "Orphans," how it inspired my artist name, and debut my cover of the song, out now!

Hope you enjoy Lights & Reflections half as much as I enjoyed making it.

My second full-length record is out everywhere in one week. It's one part quiet and acoustic, one part loud and frenetic. It took four years to put it all together, and I'm immensely proud of it. I hope that you'll give it a listen.
Lights & Reflections. July 1.
Lights is out now! If you listened to part one of this album last year, part two might not be what you're expecting.
Five brand-spanking new jams at patternsintraffic.bandcamp.c…. Full album on Apple Music/Spotify/etc. later this year.
❤️❤️❤️
Last year I released Reflections, part one of an upcoming full-length album.
Part two is called Lights, and it's out this Friday (5/21). Listen to "Echo" now at patternsintraffic.bandcamp.c….
It's here, folks! Reflections, my new EP/half-album/what-have-you, is now available at patternsintraffic.bandcamp.c… and at patternsintraffic.com.
This has to be up there. Who comes out swinging like this?

Recently discovered @_ReminiscentFM and it inspired me to revisit some classics that I never spent much time with. Last night went Dookie-Take This to Your Grave-Dude Ranch-Tell All Your Friends-Say It Like You Mean It. It was a good night.
Still AOTY. Do yourself a favor and listen to this one.
Your record A Conversation Between Us has been out for two months today.

Finding out that @wildparty are back from the dead has improved my Monday by at least 270%
If anyone needs me I'll be bingeing this @SmallTalksMB album for the foreseeable future.
Hey so I did something today I haven't done since 2015...released new original music! Check out the themed EP Direction, available now on all streaming services and digital music retailers. I've been working on these songs for over two years and I'm so excited to share them!
Listened to @GrahamColton for the first time in far too long today and was immediately reminded why he's one of my all-time favorite songwriters.
Story time...three years ago when I was about to release my album my girlfriend (now wife; a real no-brainer) reached out to @GrahamColton and he was kind enough to send me this note, which is now framed in my music room. Super cool gesture and still means a lot to me.
