Community contributions deserve a longer memory
Some valuable contributions are easy to overlook: moderating a community, maintaining code, or showing up consistently after the initial excitement fades.
That’s why the badge system described by @conso_xyz interests me. Its docs outline badges tied to measurable activities, including moderation, code contributions, governance participation, and activity streaks, with levels progressing from Lv1 to Lv5.
The opportunity here is to give sustained work a visible history.
Execution will matter. A useful badge should explain what someone accomplished and what evidence supports it. Different contributions also need appropriate criteria; a single activity counter cannot capture everything.
I’d like to see CONSO make those distinctions meaningful as the product develops. Recognizing the people who keep communities and projects running would be a worthwhile use of digital reputation.
A single overall score can't tell the whole story.
Two people with the same reputation score can still possess completely different strengths. One contributes code regularly; the other spends time building a community.
Reading @conso_xyz's documentation, I noticed that Consumer Passport keeps many components in one profile: ZAPs, badges, scores for each Zone, and Persona Tier. This design provides a basis for looking deeper into the activities behind the overall score. Source: Consumer Passport
In my opinion, the most interesting part will be how CONSO displays that information.
A good profile should help viewers quickly understand the owner's strengths, milestones achieved, and how they maintain their contributions. Users also need to know which activities have been recognized to understand their reputation building process.
If done well in this aspect, Passport can become a way to introduce yourself in depth: each achievement has context, each score has a story behind it.

Lesson 2 — The right fit for a campaign isn't necessarily the top spot on every ranking.
A campaign for gamers and a campaign for programmers need very different participants.
That's what caught my attention about Smart Campaigns in @conso_xyz's Docs.
According to the published design, a campaign can select or rank users based on multiple signals: total ZAPs, points per Zone, Persona Tier, reputation on a specific platform, or a combination of badges. The criteria change depending on the target audience the brand wants to reach. Source: Smart Campaigns
For example, as I envision it, a gaming campaign might prioritize gameplay history and related achievements; a developer program might focus more on technical contributions. The value lies in the fit between participants and campaign goals.
CONSO describes the Consumer Passport as a profile that aggregates ZAPs, badges, Zone points, and Persona Tier from verified activity. This is the basis for those signals to be considered together. Source: Consumer Passport
I want to see how CONSO will turn this design into a real-world experience, especially how they explain the selection criteria to users.
A campaign is more worthwhile when you understand why your contribution is relevant.

The Social Score idea from @0xhazels is interesting: your reach on X becomes a multiplier on the board. Rewards real accounts over bots.
Been digging into @0xhazels lately. An attention layer where creators actually earn and projects grow feels like the right direction for NFTs.
