We've been working on a @github integration for @grafana @PyroscopeIO. This is going help everyone understand where ressource is being consumed in your function. When you get the flamegraph like below your next question is where in that function ? github.com/grafana/pyroscope…

Can’t agree more on that one. Clearly an Anthropic choice can’t be that hard to support agents.md
I’m thinking about banning Claude code at Shopify until they change their mind and read AGENTS.md and .agents/skills etc. Insisting on only reading CLAUDE.md sometimes leads to split brain problems when different team members use different tools. Just unnecessary.

No doubt ai is accelerating engineers, we have a ton of announcements to make during the AI week.
And we’re about to prove this with our range of AI Week announcements. The amount we’ve been able to do, and the improved quality we’re achieving (right, we’re not just vibing things), is thanks in no small part to AI coding agents.

Just one more prompt and I’ll go to bed

OSS, enterprise, cloud. Any Grafana instance ! Everywhere
📣 ICYMI: You can now access Grafana Assistant in self-managed environments! See why the feedback has been so strong. No hype. Just actually useful #AI. Get started: youtu.be/0O0ZqrruGns

Planning on Cursor with Opus 4.6 is just MAGICAL. They don't have the best model, but they at least have the best harness.

A2A is fantastic why nobody talks about it.

We recorded this long ago, I watched it again and it still so much relevant. A lot of good advice for building strong agent TLDR; KISS, keep it simple, stupid
We made a video about how we made Grafana Assistant. Typescript frontend, #golang backend, some cool context/prompt tricks, and an obsession with the UX. It’s me, @Kuqd and Sven Grossmann. youtu.be/TGWVqBAeIzI

No Codex 5.3 API. You’re forced into the Codex app. The app is so good you forget you were forced. Cursor sweating. Token costs suspiciously cheap. Compaction is insane. It codes like a senior engineer on espresso. OpenAI really said: “fine, I’ll do it myself” and actually did😅

AI evaluation is simple at its core: one part is standardizing how we capture agent ‘flights,’ the other is how companies make meaning from them. We need standards for the first, and open competition for the second.

I installed clawdbot on my Mac mini m4 and oh boy! I wake up this morning and it booked a sitter for my dog 🐕 but also did homework for my teenager and ordered pancakes for everyone. This is the AGI moment ! PS: not sure why my Anthropic bill is just $2789 after one say

But it can’t save me from typo yet

Codex is great. If you have time. Thinking ......

There’s just too many managers and engineers that are skeptics about AI. I get it but also I don’t understand how you can just ignore it. Don’t trust AI sure, don’t trust engineers and managers was already a thing, find a better argument.

Next year, I’ll predict you’ll never need to have and manage observability dashboards for your team. They be built on demand, and automatically when you need them.

The Best engineers I know are constantly failing before succeeding. Now with AI they are failing faster !

Turns out the Grafana Assistant is a success ! I've met with many users at ObsCON that were blown away. Yes it works and it's actually useful AI
Observability turns out to be a great use case for llm agents.
