2️⃣ Grades channel students' attention to the self and away from the task, thus leading to negative effects on performance.

If you have any to spare, we are a smaller public University with a smaller allocated budget. Everything helps and it all goes to our program. I would love to be able to offer scholarships beyond our assistantships and this could help.
