Just saw a video on IG from an account called "Black and Yellow News" reporting on a Japanese man taking upskirt photos of a Black woman in Tokyo. A man (most likely Japanese) saw him and chased him down, cops were right behind them. They caught him, but 😲
Why I have no interest in bicycling around the city. I've come close to getting hit several times just walking even though I clearly had the right of way. Another reason would be mopeds using the bike lane and speeding past you. No thanks 🙅🏿♀️
