WATCH: "There’s nothing more cleansing to the soul than getting your teeth kicked in sometimes, and Wall did that to us. I was proud of the way our kids fought, but there was things that were lacking from us coaches and the kids that we want back, so yeah, that’s been a burning point.” - Gunter Head Coach Jordan Gill

SPEED or SPEED❓
Here is One of The Slides From My Presentation at @AthletesAccel Football Performance Summit Last Week.
We must DEFINE Speed & Which is Needed When.
There is GAME Speed that will dominate Friday Nights & there is also SATURDAY & Sunday Speed which you MUST Possess or Prove in order to Play on Saturdays & Sundays.
Sometime they Co Exist & Other Times they Don’t, But in order to Successfully help an athlete Maximize their Performance & To Fully integrate a SYSTEM of Training the Practitioner MUST Understand, Know & Have a Plan to Attack Both.
Also on the Slide Below I Gave a Few REAL World examples of some 8th Grade & Early Offer kids who Changed their Life & recruiting Trajectory with a FAST Day.
@Camden123123 Ran a 10.1 as a 15 Year Old & got 6 Offers in less than 24 Hours Now headed to Mississippi State to Play WR.
A Quote I Used was
“ONE FAST Day Can Change Your LIFE”
