The king of building in public: @robj3d3. Over the last 127 days,
he's grown SuperX to $9.4k MRR while documenting every step.
So I analyzed 100+ of his tweets (and videos) to study how he's done it so authentically.
Here's his 3-part framework for 10x growth (steal it):🧵

It took me 1 year to go from $0 to $2,000/month, but I'll teach you how in 2 minutes:
1. The Product
I help founders grow their influence and monetize through ghostwriting.
These are content creation services for entrepreneurs building their personal brands.
The market for founder-led content is growing as more entrepreneurs recognize the value of thought leadership.
2. How I got into it
About 15 months ago, I was selling Notion templates.
I built a solid understanding of digital products and online business.
Then I pivoted to ghostwriting, helping founders tell their stories and grow their audience.
The transition was a natural fit given my content background.
3. Market Test
I started by reaching out to friends in my network.
They became my first clients because trust was already there.
The response was clear: people would pay for high-quality content that saved them time.
That validated demand for ghostwriting.
4. Official Release
I began charging $600 to $1,200 per month, depending on volume and complexity.
My first clients came through referrals.
Within a few weeks, I had enough work to see that the model could be sustainable.
5. Expanding
To scale beyond my immediate network, I started cold DMing potential clients on social platforms.
It hasn’t converted yet, but referrals continued to come in from satisfied clients who were seeing results.
6. Growth Strategy
As I gained experience, I added a risk-reversal guarantee: 1,000 followers within 45 days, or I’d keep working for free until they hit it.
That reduced hesitation and attracted serious clients.
7. Career Shift
Six months in, earnings were enough to focus full-time on ghostwriting.
I tightened my process, doubled down on what worked, and income continued to rise as results stayed consistent.
8. Leveraging Client Systems
I built a client management system to track progress and stay organized.
It improved retention and made referrals easier because clients felt supported and saw ongoing momentum.
9. My Success Formula
1) Transition from a related digital product (Notion templates)
2) Start with warm network referrals
3) Charge premium prices ($600–$1,200/month)
4) Offer a risk-reversal guarantee (1,000 followers in 45 days)
5) Build systems to manage delivery and retention
6) Let results drive referrals and growth
Short guide to your first 1,000 followers:
Niche - 1 clear problem
Post - 1 opinion daily
Replies - 10 high-signal/day
Bio - 1 promise
Repeat for 30 days.
If you have less than 1,000 followers, introduce yourself in 1 sentence.
Let's follow you right now.

3 years ago, I quit my 9-to-5 job to become an indie developer.
Built a tiny Notion extension. Everyone said, "Market's too niche, mate. You're wasting your time."
I stared at my pathetic download numbers, feeling like a complete failure. But I didn't quit.
Instead, I did 3 things that changed everything:
- Repositioned my marketing, stopped targeting just Notion users. Went after the entire market.
- Deep competitor analysis. Spent 2 weeks studying every rival. Then completely rebuilt my product.
- Found my core users. Reached out to domain experts. Had real conversations. Optimized based on their feedback.
The result? 10x revenue growth in month one.
Most indie developers make the same fucking mistake:
Build → Quick validation → "Wrong market" → Give up
But here's the truth: You need at least 6 months learning writing, SEO, product thinking...
Your first product will probably fail.
But it builds the foundation for your second one.
Success isn't about never failing; it's about learning from it fast.

Distribution math:
1 strong channel → daily reps → predictable reach → predictable feedback.
If reach stays flat, product iteration stays blind.

The best creators don't just post content, they understand:
- Audience psychology
- Growth loops
- Content distribution
- Monetization funnels
All key to building a large, profitable presence on X.
I became a full-time X creator in 4 months.
Here's what I would do if I had to start over:
1/ Build Connections With Lists
Use Twitter Lists to study creators in your niche.
- Track the top voices in your space
- Engage thoughtfully with their posts
- Focus on conversations, not spam
The new AI algorithm rewards real connections, not reply-guy tactics.
2/ Write Long-Form Content
High-quality posts can circulate for up to 24 hours.
- Longer posts increase dwell time
- More dwell time = more impressions
- Depth beats generic tips
Share ideas people can’t easily find elsewhere.
3/ Add Media to Every Post
Posts with visuals often get 5–10× more reach.
- Screenshots
- Progress updates
- Setup photos
Visual context makes posts easier to understand.
Just make sure the media is relevant.
4/ Share Your Journey
People want to follow real people, not advice machines.
- Document your progress
- Share wins and setbacks
- Tell stories from your journey
This builds trust and makes your account feel authentic.
5/ Increase Your Posting Volume
X rewards consistency and output.
- More posts = more reach
- More reach = more growth
- More reps = better writing
Going from 3 posts to 6 posts daily can dramatically increase results.
Minimum: 3 posts per day.
6/ Know Your Goal
Growth content and monetization content are different.
- Growth: pure value, no asks
- Monetization: clear CTAs
- Focus on your ideal audience
Always know what each post is trying to achieve.
7/ Share Unconventional Insights
Generic advice rarely spreads.
- Challenge common beliefs
- Share unique perspectives
- Offer insights people haven’t heard before
Original thinking is what gets saved and shared.
7 Strategies I’d Use to Grow on X Today

- Add media to every post
- Share your journey
- Increase posting volume (3–6× daily)
- Know your goal: growth vs monetization
- Share unconventional insights
- Save this if you want to grow on X.
