Emery has been sacked more times than he’s won titles
He’s been a manager for 20 years and has the same amount of league titles as Arteta who is young enough to be his son
His average league finish for his career is 5th
He’s managed in 5 different leagues (including Russia 🥴) and only gotten 80+ points twice
If dominating the SECOND tier of a competition makes you the “most accomplished”, then Lampard and Klopp are in the same convo
STOP. THIS. NONSENSE
With Pep Guardiola gone, Unai Emery is now the best manager in the Premier League.
He’s a coach, pure and simple. He lifts the sum of the team’s parts. At his core, he’s someone who will maximise players’ talents if they are willing to give themselves to him.
Four years into his time at Villa, the win over City was his team at its most enthralling.

Arteta's Arsenal have a new trademark goal. Set pieces are out... and flowing passing moves are in. So far this season, #AFC have already scored five goals after a sequence of 10 passes (36% of all goals). Last season, it was just 10%. Is Wengerball back?!
