Fulton Co. DA's office appears to have a problem in the Christopher Wolfenbarger case. Under cross-examination by the defense, the lead investigator revealed that a VHS tape and pages of his report were missing, information that the prosecution team was aware of but had not disclosed to the defense.

The Arlington County Board’s latest action to prohibit Arlington Police from any cooperation with ICE, even regarding violent MS-13 gang members who are illegally here, is dereliction of duty and a betrayal of the oath they swore to protect their constituents. At what point did protecting violent illegal immigrants become more important than protecting your constituents.
The Virginia Homeland Security Task Force has been working in Arlington County, catching and arresting violent criminals, including MS-13 gang members. That will continue - unabated - in Arlington and around the Commonwealth.

Wait, what? #faniwillis wants the public to fund her legal fees to sue the county commissioners for daring to check her budget after she refused to be subject to an audit and told the county that she didn’t have to answer to them as a constitutional officer? She seriously refuses to let ANYONE look at how she spends money. But she is quick to beg for more.
