So let me get this straight, thousands if not hundreds of thousands, South Africans woke up today to find out their wards were changed without notification, and in most cases, people have to literally travel to different cities to vote. Cities they’ve never registered in, which means they’re unable to vote, and now unmarked ballots have been stolen.. What is, election fraud!!!
