UPDATE: Ilhan Omar’s sister signed a 340B deal for her clinic with a pharmacy that lost its license in 2017 but remains active, as Omar steered public money to her clinic while claiming no family interest. Omar’s family members have received grand jury subpoenas, per the NYT.
