Enjoying some buff (water buffalo) Tibetan Thukpa, a soup made with noodles, vegetables, and meat. So good!😋
I came to the city of Dehradun for the weekend. Usually I need a bit of a weekly break, and fellowship with other believers.
Thought I'd check out this little Tibetan restaurant. Loving the foliage from the rooftop seating area.🙂
Only fear the LORD and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.
~1 Sam. 12:24
For the LORD will not abandon His people on account of His great name, because the LORD has been pleased to make you a people for Himself.

I've found myself memorizing Deut. 6:4 in Hebrew.
Hear, O Israel:
the LORD our God, the LORD is one.
I've found it helpful as I converse with Israelis who have come to a place where pretty much anything and anyone can be God.
Please pray for a fella named Gal from Israel. Had a lengthy conversation with him today. I was able to give him the Gospel. He is a hurting man. Please pray his eyes will soon be opened to the truth.
These moments are the ones that make this trip worthwhile for me.
I just feel the strong need for immediate prayer for a young Israeli couple I spent time with this evening. I apologize, but I cannot remember their names. I was moved to tears during our conversation as I sensed a genuine urgency over there their souls.
In a coffee shop this morning a lady used the word "spirituality". I asked what she meant by the word, which led to quite a discussion amongst customers. Not surprisingly, no definition was given all could agree to. It's a word thrown around here a lot, but without substance.
“He keeps the feet of His godly ones,
But the wicked ones are silenced in darkness;
For not by might shall a man prevail.
~1 Sam. 2:9
“There is no one holy like the LORD,
Indeed, there is no one besides You,
Nor is there any rock like our God.
~1 Sam. 2:2
Have you heard the one about a Hindu, a Catholic, and a Christian who had dinner together? 😆
That was my experience this evening. A very interesting conversation. I later has some more in depth conversation with the Catholic. He had never heard of 1 Timothy 2:5.
I had the wonderful opportunity of sharing the Gospel with Harry, on the flight between Seoul and New Delhi. Please pray his eyes would be opened to the truth.
If you have Facebook, take a listen to this voice of praise in the midst of pain.

Parents made their destination safely. Thank you for praying. Fortunately they were able to stay ahead of the snow storm.
