Why are you blaming DeSantis? Everyone knows it was the RINO Florida Legislature that watered it down. DeSantis alone has kept Florida conservative. Vote YES on Amendment 3 Floridians.
DeSantis promised to abolish property taxes.
Amendment 3 isn’t abolition. It knocks the tax off for some people and leaves everyone else stuck with it. That’s a socialist move — pick who gets the break, write the unequal treatment into the constitution, and call it reform.
And once enough voters are carved out, nobody’s left to fight for ending the tax for real. Why would they? They’re fine.
The actual problem is simpler. The government shouldn’t be able to take your house because you missed an annual fee. You bought it. It’s yours. Ownership isn’t a subscription.

Today, I joined Governor DeSantis to announce the arrests and prosecutions of 20 ineligible voters, including 16 non-citizens, which brings us to over 100 election fraud prosecutions since Florida stood up the Office of Election Crimes.
