Fauci will be referred to @TheJusticeDept for Contempt. The DOJ will interview (not Depose) Fauci behind closed doors & Fauci will say “Gain-Of-Function was for the Military”. You know, Top Secret stuff, so DOJ won’t prosecute. Individual State prosecutions will fail.
