Trump openly admits that he is helping Russia which is helping Iran, which is killing American soldiers.
This would be clear impeachment territory in normal times.

This person insults our Czech army and our soldiers who fought for the USA in Afghanistan, risking their lives—with some even being killed (and others maimed). This person @SecWar Hegseth deserves no respect.
Hegseth on Afghanistan:
I was a captain in Afghanistan, and we would go to the headquarters in Kabul, and there would be 50 flags at the headquarters.
It was a beautiful thing to see 50 different countries contributing to the NATO alliance and the ISAF mission there.
Except there were like maybe five that contributed. It was actually closer to one or two that, by the end, were actually involved in kinetic operations.
In fact, the ISAF patch, we would joke that it meant "I Saw Americans Fighting."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Over 1100 non-American soldiers from 31 US-allied countries were killed fighting in Afghanistan, approximately 1/3 of the total combat deaths.

The law be damned, Trump is going to close East Potomac Park on Nov 15. The "redesign" eliminates picnic areas, bike lanes, playgrounds, everything to give the rich a fancy golf course. Completely illegal, too - the park was created by Congress for the people

Unfortunately, Ukraine never had an ocean to lose in the first place. But if this administration wouldn’t mind helping, we could gain access to the ocean through russian territory. We’d be happy to secure some trade opportunities for the U.S. and become a real partner in the maritime sector. 😏
TRUMP: “His (Zelenskyy’s country is in shambles, a large portion of his land is lost, his oceans and seas are gone, and his male population is low, wounded, and/or dead”
NEW - TRUMP: Zelenskyy is using Diesel Refineries in Russia as a target, knowing that these attacks are seriously hurting the world diesel markets, including those in the United States. Farmers, ranchers, and businesses of all kinds are suffering greatly from this, but Russia is, nevertheless, sending, at a low price, millions of barrels of diesel to the World.
“My decision on Russia is a very simple one. I am in the process of negotiating Peace in the war between Russia and Ukraine, and don’t want to do anything that will drive, foolishly, Russia away from the bargaining table. Great progress is being made, and that includes current hostage negotiations! Signing that document at this time will do that, and I can sign it later, or any time that I want! Perhaps more importantly, Russia is doing very little, if anything, to help the Islamic Republic of Iran, compared to what they could be doing, and I want to keep it that way, and will, unless stupid people get in the way. Lastly, Zelenskyy is using Diesel Refineries in Russia as a target, knowing that these attacks are seriously hurting the world diesel markets, including those in the United States. Farmers, ranchers, and businesses of all kinds are suffering greatly from this, but Russia is, nevertheless, sending, at a low price, millions of barrels of diesel to the World. Zelenskyy doesn’t care, and frankly, with all of the money that Europe is famously giving him, and that Crooked Joe Biden gave him in the past, he doesn’t want to end this war, and probably never did. He could have made a better deal two years ago than he can now. His country is in shambles, a large portion of his land is lost, his oceans and seas are gone, and his male population is low, wounded, and/or dead. I WANT THIS WAR END! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP”

One odd part about Trump's golf course plan for East Potomac Park is all the people saying it help would draw the PGA and/or Ryder Cup to DC.
The PGA is already here in 2030. (Congressional)
The Ryder Cup is already here in 2037. (Congressional)

Shameful. Over a thousand Allied Soldiers were killed in Afghanistan fighting alongside US Soldiers and Marines. Why would the Secretary think it was appropriate to disparage our Allies in front of these young Cadets, future Officers?

Trump, in a long post this evening, blames Ukraine for “hurting the world diesel markets,” says that recent moves by the US are aimed at keeping Russia at the bargaining table.

Rep. Mike Turner R-OH calls for a Congressional investigation on why limits were placed on Ukraine's Starshield/Starlink access, which hampered defenses against Russian drone and missile attacks.
Rep. Mike Turner says Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s explanation about Ukraine’s loss of Starlink access as something that “sort of happened” was “absolutely not” sufficient.
“This is something where there needs to be an investigation, there needs to be a congressional investigation,” Turner (R-OH) tells @margbrennan, adding, “lives are at risk, and lives are lost over these things.”
In his post announcing the deal Trump said "Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter."
Now his energy secretary says they don't have diesel to export?
WRIGHT: The president is putting pressure on that's a step forward for peace in the Russia-Ukraine war
BASH: So now the US stance is to pressure Ukraine, not Russia?
WRIGHT: Oh, this is pressuring Russia. Russia does not have diesel to export. The only way they can get diesel to export is to turn down the conflict with Ukraine. This is quite innovative, actually.

Sen. Lankford: "The president had the ability under the statute to be able to look at national interests…He is choosing the American people first is what he's doing…Any belief that President Trump is aligning with Putin is not true."
