ALT Message that reads: Hello friends! Last June I started the first of three rounds of intense spine procedures, each of which takes a few months. So far so good! Lumbar & Cervical down, I’m in the middle of Thoracic now. Knock wood that’ll be it for quite a while, then I can then focus on physical therapy. At this point I might *literally* be the Six Million Dollar Man…. Between that and ESPECIALLY due to the direction Twitter has taken, I’ve backed way off engaging here. But I’ll check in from time to time, and have some tweets coming up that also touch on what I’ve been dealing with the last year. Also, I still answer Twitter DMs (just not as fast 😃).
