tbh I like that the raiding numbers are down in #SoD and #WotLK. More meaningful, guild-based environments are just straight up better than everything being puggable and the game feeling meaningless. That will naturally decrease participation because finding a guild is work.

Honestly the XT hardmode nerfs were not too early. No one in the world had done 25m, but nerfing 10m along with it was just weird and unnecessary, most groups could do 10m easily.
