๐ฎ Another taco day withdrawing from my ref revenue on @0xVDEX.
319 referred users, $314.7M total referral volume, $11.7K in rewards earned. In just a few months.
Most of CT is chasing noise, no real value. I'm out here building real users, real trust. This isn't luck, it's what happens when you're bullish enough to actually push.
VDEX remains the only product I've seen on this timeline creating opportunities like this.

A community can have 10,000 members and still be dead.
No conversations. No meaningful engagement. No users who genuinely care about the project.
Thatโs what happens when you focus on growing numbers instead of building a community.
Here are 5 tips to becoming a better Web3 Community Manager.
1. Build Relationships, Not Just Numbers
Anyone can invite people into a Telegram group. The real work is giving them a reason to stay.
Make members feel heard, welcome newcomers, and engage beyond announcements. People stay where they feel valued.
2. Understand the Product You Represent
You canโt build trust in a product you barely understand.
Learn how the project works, what problem it solves, and why people should care. When questions come, you should be able to explain things simply instead of forwarding every question to the team.
3. Turn Conversations Into Engagement
A community shouldn't feel like a notice board.
Ask relevant questions, start discussions, run polls, and encourage members to share their experiences. Give people something worth talking about, not just something to read.
4. Handle FUD With Facts, Not Emotions
Every Web3 project will face criticism, complaints, and difficult questions.
Your job isn't to defend everything blindly. Listen, verify the facts, communicate honestly, and escalate issues when necessary. Trust is built through transparency, not arguments.
5. Measure What Actually Matters
A community with 5,000 members isn't necessarily better than one with 500.
Look beyond member count. Track active users, meaningful conversations, retention, feedback, and how many members become actual product users.
The goal isn't just to manage a community. It's to turn strangers into members, members into users, and users into advocates.
That's what separates an average Community Manager from a great one.
