Oh man!! I love all of this feedback and will share it with our HOA group in Accra. Nigerian developers are terrible but the same madness is being repeated across Africa. This privacy thing is a problem in Togo where houses are almost stuck together.
We were lucky with our developer in Accra when it came to mirrored designs and privacy, but they also made a lot of blunders by copying an American subdivision without thinking of the tropics and the effects of weather on roads and flat roofs.
They didn't even design for the heat and humidity. I had to start thinking of heat extractors and have dehumidifiers everywhere. Cross-ventilation is also a problem.
My uncle demolished his 35-year-old house in Ikoyi to rebuild it now from scratch and with proper design. He had built two and sold one in the 90s but there was little privacy and misuse of land.
He is choosing another entrance and changing the entire house to meet function as he grows older. That is another thing we don't do in Nigeria, we don't design for people with limited movement. My son was looking at a ramp in Accra recently and commented on how steep it was. They teach them design in school already. It should start early to prevent these blunders.
Steven Tried To Defend The Developer’s Mistakes And Poor Finishing By Claiming That Once Someone Buys The House, The Developer Would Come Back To Fix The Errors. He Also Claimed That Nigerians Don’t Care About Privacy😅But The American Real Estate Expert Wasn’t Buying Any Of Those Excuses!😩Honestly, I Enjoyed Every Single Moment Of The Full Video, Especially The Ending, Where He Gave His Final Assessment Of The Property And Revealed Whether He Would Actually Buy It Despite All The Errors He Had Pointed Out! 👀🔥

This guy said that since he joined a cult in Bayelsa, there has been constant fighting. He said it got to the point where he could no longer move around freely because of the opposing group.
He said he packed his things and ran away from the area at night😂

We need to decenter feminism tbh and understand what it is about abeg… Koyemi mo ooooooo
As crazy as this sounds, standing naked in front of a man does not automatically amount to consent. However, you also cannot put your finger in the mouth of a mad man and act surprised when you get bitten. 😭😂 abeg now
To avoid stories that touch, respect boundaries too!!! Don’t expose yourself to someone in that way without a conversation abeg😂

I love how little they’re rated in Europe lol they’re probably the worst refs in the top 5 leagues.
🚨Spanish referees believe Real Madrid is the reason they are rarely appointed by FIFA or UEFA for major European matches.
They resent the club for what they see as damage to their credibility worldwide, and that resentment shows on their faces when they officiate Real Madrid games or deal with Real Madrid players.
A truce must be reached between the referees and Real Madrid. This war will ultimately destroy Spanish football.

There is no government. It's a private club in a government costume and we're arguing over who gets to hold the mic.

This is what Nigerians across all levels don’t understand. We are not all going to get rich, the chance is even slighter in this climate. But we all deserve a decent life, and for that, we must have functioning systems & institutions.

To put things in proper context, that's about ₦4 billion monthly in today's money.
So, when we talk about the monumental corruption under Tinubu's regime, it's not because there wasn't massive looting during GEJ's administration, too. Rather, it's because the scale of corruption and the sheer brazenness with which public resources are being squandered today represent a reprehensible new low.
25 died in a Nigerian Air Force crash in Ondo.
Money meant to maintain these aircraft has historically been stolen by top officers.
Air Marshal Alex Badeh took ₦558m monthly from the Air Force salary account for personal use, converted to dollars and delivered to his residence.

That monkey said Africans should be proud they chose to play against Benin
#Benin assistant coach Tunde Adelakun: "What struck me was the very obvious and blatant refusal of the Argentina team to want to have anything to do with my team after the game. Handshakes at the end of the game were hurried and impersonal. And any attempt by our players to get close to the man they came to celebrate was rebuffed rather in a very hostile manner by the security operatives on ground. They clearly collectively did not want to be on the same place with my Benin team. It was rather disturbing."
"Again toward the end of the lap, some of my players lined along what was to be his natural path to end the lap of honour. He was leading. My boys were there. Just wanting him to walk towards them and for them to applaud and appreciate him. Right at the very last moment, Leo made a wild detour and, consciously avoiding the crowd of Benin players that had formed, walked toward the centre of the pitch.
That was a new low for a man revered by many and who, in many young African minds, could do no wrong." theafricanfootballclub.com/p…
