Wainwright Veterans reporting in - Nothing is adding up. Reports that no gas well was in the live area. Also if a gas well was hit it would not flatten buildings it would go straight up into the air, based on experiences (well guy). There was nothing to do with gas, through insider information. Based on the maps, there is nothing in the live fire training.
The ranges point away from the amunitions depots, pointing SW of the amo dump. "How does an external fire breach 4ft of concrete they are designed to take a 500 lb bomb." 31 years of combat tanker experience. This is not a stray round ... or a brush fire.
The Code Orange and injuries were reported within an hour to the PM & Premier.
Accounts from someone on the firing line was it was a shoulder fired HE round that "Dolphined" after it left the tube and went astray. NOT artillery.
This round hit a gas well which exploded and flattened the 3 Kill Houses that were full of troops which happened to be in close proximity of the well. Approx 300 troops inside and many waiting outside them. There is nothing but splinters left of them.
This also started a major fire that was fed by high winds that swept through the main Bivouac site housing the majority of troops in the field.
The amount of injured is staggering and the fatality count IS going to climb as they recover more victims.
In my 20+ years in the Army, I have only heard of a dolphining round happening once from a shoulder fired rocket. Not sure what would cause this other than possibly a faulty propellent.

Whatever is happening with the fire incident is bad, multiple medivacs inbound and outbound.
SK fixed wing Air Ambulance just left Saskatoon headed West.
Second SK fixed wing Air Ambulance currently inbound to Saskatoon.
STARS helicopter Saskatoon just landed in Lloydminster, assuming to refuel.
Saskatoon was just slammed with strong winds which I can only assume is what was hitting Wainwright.

CBC News reports it spoke to a doctor at Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, who says, “This number of patients [in Wainwright] would overwhelm the city of Edmonton and that is why we are clearing our decks and mobilizing to respond as if it was our own city. It is more patients than any of us want to count right now. It’s a disaster. It’s a one in every 15 to 25-year disaster.”

Canada: A wildfire has just broken out in Alberta on the Canadian Forces Base in Wainwright.
Both the Prime Minister and Premier have made statements saying a “serious and major incident occurred on the base, with a fast moving fire starting.” Medivac ships are flying into the area, and the official Prime Minister page is calling it a tragedy.
The local community is being evacuated, and a large firefighter response is underway. Something big must have happened to cause this fire to get such a reaction from both the Prime Minister and Premier, so quickly. Reports of major explosions.

Making the same car $340k after tax! $60k cheaper year over year! Must not have been selling many of these in Canada at $400k off the lot. 🙄
Being in Canada, I don’t want it delivered in winter. So I’ll look to order this in December/January for summer delivery!

I’ll admit, I was hopeful for a higher number. Thought for sure the team wouldn’t sell for a penny under a billion. I was also hopeful this would not occur for another year. As I was still accumulating stock.
At this price the acquisition is extremely accretive to SSRM. So congratulations to them!
As a shareholder that has existed in Roxmore since its founding in 2024. Time is money, so I understand the deal and will vote to support it. Even though I was hopeful it would exceed $1.5B. However with that would have came likely dilution and market risk. So I am quite fine with the off ramp that has been accepted by management.
Since day one of listing. I promoted my personal support for the company at our $2.00 list price, all the way down to our weakest moments initially near $1.00. Never wavering in my confidence in the asset.
I hope some of you who follow me were keen enough to become a Roxmore shareholder over these past two years.
