Inside an ICE facility, women talked about the 911 calls that landed them there — from men who had beat them, choked them, threatened deportation.
“I had suffered from domestic violence,” one woman said. “But the one who ended up in trouble was me.”

Make it stop. citizenship is being devalued by these people
ICE run over U.S. citizen riding his bike—break his arm.
Agents handcuff him behind his back without calling paramedics.
They inflict even more injuries—send him to the hospital in serious condition.
Then agents detain another U.S. citizen—for yelling at them on the sidewalk.
Man with the broken arm's daughter says he was hit on his e-bike by an unmarked car.
He was then tased twice and pinned to the ground—currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
Multiple ICE vehicles were running through stop signs—speeding the wrong way down one-way streets.
All on a weekend afternoon with kids playing outside.
Incident occurred near the intersection of East 56th Street & Elm Avenue in Long Beach, California.
Stop ICE Net doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length, English translated, and credited video here to help raise awareness.
The Trump admin's mass deportation machine is driving children out of schools--limiting their education, access to nutritious food, safety, and stability. Our experts say: these essentials are ALL under attack.

Does arresting the wife of an enlisted man and mother of four US citizen children, a person who’s been here since she was 6 years old, make our country great again?
NEW: ICE is trying to deport a mother of 4 while her husband is at Fort Benning in Army basic training. When she went to pick up the family's military IDs, Navy personnel turned her over to ICE. She's been in the US since age six. Story with @nancyayoussef theatlantic.com/politics/202…

.@JamesTalarico: We need immigration and customs enforcement in this country — but that’s not what we’re seeing.
What we’ve seen over the last year is a secret police force. We don’t want masked men in unmarked vehicles terrorizing our communities. We don’t want federal agents murdering our neighbors before our very eyes.
Lorenzo Salgado lived in Houston for 35 years as a construction worker. He sent his three boys to college. Lorenzo Salgado embodies the American dream. He is exactly the kind of person we want in this country. Lorenzo Salgado was a child of God, endowed with infinite worth.
Lorenzo, our fellow Texan, deserves justice, and that’s exactly what I’ll fight for in the U.S. Senate.

The @DemWomenCaucus and I are deeply disgusted by DHS and ICE’s failure to provide care for and account for miscarriages and pregnancy-related medical outcomes in detention centers.
@RepPettersen, @RepBeatty, and I led a letter condemning their actions.
They must be held accountable.

BREAKING: @DDFund_ & partners just sued ICE over a cruel catch-22
ICE detains people, takes their IDs & work papers, releases them, keeps the papers. Now they can't work & risk getting picked up again for having no ID

Just two months after giving birth to her son, Adela Nohemy Castellanos is locked away at the Dilley Trailer Prison with her 10-year-old daughter, Sofia. They are separated from dad and three other siblings.
Adela can't tolerate the food, is very stressed, and can’t sleep. Dilley is no place for a woman recovering from childbirth.
Her attorneys have appealed her deportation. Locking up a mother and her child doesn’t make our country safer. It only makes a family suffer. Hopefully their appeal will be granted.

ICE leaves children behind to fend for themselves on the street. This is Trump’s America.

ICE arrested the mom of a 9-year-old at a school bus stop in Austin, leaving him alone and crying. The video has profanity and is heartbreaking to watch, but it shows the fear/pain of what happened.
This is evil. This is wrong. And it has to stop.

A 13-year-old Honduran boy named Angel did not have representation when he appeared before a judge. A judge asked if there was a reason he could not return to Honduras. Angel told the judge, ‘My mom and almost my entire family are here. It’s too dangerous to go back.’ The judge ruled that Angel did not qualify for asylum and asked, 'Would you like to request voluntary departure, or should I issue a removal order?’
‘I don’t know,’ Angel replied before bursting into tears. He stared ahead stoically before continuing to cry and said, ‘I have no one. I have nothing.’
This is not a choice a child should be given, but it's the unfortunate experience of many migrant children.
Texas, migrant children as young as 2 years old are appearing in U.S. immigration courts, where they face deportation proceedings without guaranteed legal representation.
Witnesses inside the courtrooms describe a 6-year-old pretending to fly an airplane.
Mateo, a 3-year-old in a blue jacket, is playing with the microphone. The judge spoke to Mateo’s attorney, who appeared remotely.
A teen girl tried to make eye contact with a friend, only for the judge to reprimand her: ‘I see you’re smiling and think these proceedings are funny, but I need you to pay attention.’
In July, the Trump admin let a years-long contract with the Acacia Center for Justice lapse, ending federal funding for 100 legal services providers for more than 20,000 unaccompanied migrant children: Children who are usually in the United States are trying to escape trafficking, abandonment, violence, gangs, or other ab*se.
In August, the Office of Refugee Resettlement gave $20 million to the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, a nonprofit organization that provides legal services. However, many advocates say USCRI lawyers either weren’t present or didn’t speak up when children were in court.
In some cases, USCRI attorneys even posed as ‘friend of the court’ for some of the children, including Angel, according to Lauren Fisher Flores, legal director at ProBar.
And now, the Trump administration will allow lawyers to start requesting virtual interviews for kids seeking asylum.
Children have to make their cases to receive asylum, and since procedures are also constantly changing, this can put extra stress on children. The interviews can take hours and dive into potentially traumatic events. And without a lawyer, kids may have to face this trauma alone.
Under Trump, they’re being pushed through faster hearings and asylum interviews without adequate legal counsel, which makes it harder for them to seek asylum and other protections under the law.
The goal is to deport more children faster.
Attorneys representing migrant children initially try to establish a rapport with their clients and help them understand what to expect in asylum interviews. But children are struggling to understand, as many of them aren’t able to speak English, let alone understand complex legal terms. So kids are being asked to make choices about their cases when they may not fully understand what those choices mean.
In an interview with a 3-year-old, who was too small to fit in the chair and ended up sitting on the floor. The child put bandages on the furniture and played with dinosaurs while the asylum officer tried to ask the child questions about their case.
A judge asked a group of 15 minors without attorneys: ‘Is this your first time in immigration court?’ They all answered, ‘Yes.’ ‘Do any of you want voluntary departure?’ the judge asked. No one raised their hand. Another child stretched her hands playfully toward the sky.
The initiative comes under the direction of White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller, so that the Trump admin can deport as many migrant children as possible as quickly as possible.
Nearly 200,000 migrant children have been ordered removed from the U.S. since Trump returned to office, according to The Guardian. About 70% were younger than 13.
This is the supposed pro-life party, making kids face legal challenges alone and sending them back to danger in the country they were trying to escape.

The Supreme Court just greenlit shipping people to countries they've never set foot in without so much as a hearing on whether they'll be tortured there.
That should disturb every one of us. An administration that can avoid due process is dangerous and cannot go unchecked.

AOC: “We must abolish ICE. This is not an extremist position. ICE is not structured as any sort of recognizable law enforcement agency even if they are labeled as such. They are not subject or structured in any way to even resemble law enforcement. There is no accountability. You cannot assert your constitutional rights in these facilities. These black box detention centers are for-profit institutions. They exist to house bodies and that is one of the many reasons it should be abolished”
