You are only half right. If a male population of a country is declining they can make abortion illegal. It's like Newton second law, trying to eliminate male species will result in consequences you don't expect.
They might still try by sanctioning government officials. They will use movements like Afriforum, Cape Independence, NGO's and other institutions to stop progression and development of South Africa.

Currently USA is planning to spends thousands of dollars to try to understand why white people aren't applying for refuge system in USA. They will issue as many ads as possible to try to convince them. These are the plans in place.
There's a famous saying that say "Africa must fragment, South Africa first." They are trying to destabilize Africa but they want to start with RSA by isolating it first. These are plans in place. There are already 15 000 military trained Israelis in South Africa.
