If you seriously think that our tax dollars, even local revenue from property tax, are always put to good use, then you are by all accounts retarded and should not have the right to vote. The “services” that are provided probably cost less than the revenue generated. Case in point, there are county-level employees who make more than your governor. Now how does that make any sense?

Annual property taxation is theft.
My house is paid off.
No mortgage. No bank. Nothing owed.
It took my wife and me 24 years and every extra dollar we ever had.
Except the property tax bill is $9,400 a year now.
If we don't pay it, armed men show up and take a house we already own outright.
We also paid 29% in income tax this year.
Plus sales tax on everything we bought.
Plus gas tax every time we filled up.
We paid off the house.
We still don't own the house.
We just stopped paying the bank and started paying everyone else instead.

Slotkin has, in many ways, done us a favor. She has revealed the ultimate purpose of lawfare, which is to override the will of voters.
This is no longer about Trump, if it ever was. The simple truth is that the left has built a long-term system to subvert election results and ultimately entrench de facto one-party rule. We cannot keep fighting the abuses one at a time while leaving the system that produces them untouched.
