Welcome announcement from NSW Water Minister @RoseBJackson to increase the supplementary water allocation in the NSW Murray.
While access has finished for some users this is an important decision that acknowledges the low General Security (GS) allocation & consistent water use below the Sustainable Diversion Limit in the NSW Murray.
We hope that the well above average inflows translate increased GS allocation & any future rain & unregulated flows increase use of supplementary water.
