Oh so yours is work and pay. I thought of all the possible problems with the work and pay model so at @keyriders, it’s strictly on sales bases. The bike still belong to us forever. There will be no point where any of our riders will feel entitled to our bikes.
The entitlement is what normally influence the misbehavior.

At Key Riders, we have dedicated mechanics that fix any mechanical faults at no cost to our riders.
We have a dedicated electrician that does his job at no cost to our riders.

We leased out 3 new bikes to some vetted riders today. The CHRAJ officials were available.

Key Riders is a registered bike leasing company. You can buy bikes for the company and they will be leased out to vetted riders under a signed contract.
With just one bike, you can make up to GHS700 to GHS800 every month.
Now multiply that with the number of bikes you can afford. Because of the legal structures we have in place, riders will not mishandle the bikes.

The riders are under six months contract, the contract is always renewed every 6 months based on the riders performance. We have the CHRAJ(Human right) involved in this.
All our riders are licensed after the first 6 months of working with us for insurance purposes
We will soon collaborate with the Ghana Police Service soon to ensure more security of our Assets(the bikes)
