What a day, seems like literally every Democrat politician got the message to defend Rep Omar as above the law. Not one of them seems to be concerned about whether she broke the law.

Hey @Grok how many times did @SenBooker criticize the Biden administration and Attorney General Merrick Garland for weaponizing the justice department against their political opponents? Better yet, how many times did he condemn the raid of Donald J Trump’s personal home?

Comparing a government camera on every street to my phone in my pocket is dumb, bordering on dishonest. My phone is my property. I can choose to have one or not have one. The government cannot legally hoover up its contents without probable cause and a warrant. Government agents cannot just leaf through my phone or any of its meta data and see who I’ve been talking to for funsies or to see who’s been talking to their exes. And even if government could do that (legally or otherwise), I have the ability to opt out by just not having a smartphone. It’s really not that hard. That is not possible with Flock cameras. They track everything. They record everything. There is no way to opt out. There is no way to protect yourself from their misuse and abuse, which is all-too-common. And in a post-COVID, post-BLM, post-J6 era, we all know exactly how these government panopticon networks will be used. Who didn’t wear a mask? Who went to church without permission? Who refused a bogus vaxx and then coughed in public? Who blasphemed St. George of Floyd? Who braked too quickly on the gay crosswalk? I’d love to believe in the good graces and intentions of government officials who just want to stop crime. The problem is I wasn’t born yesterday. I saw what they did in 2020: they arrested healthy people for walking outside and stood around and did nothing while favored minorities torched city after city. Crime isn’t that hard to stop if you actually want to stop it. You don’t need Big Brother. What Trump has done in places like D.C. and Memphis proves it. Ninety-nine percent of criminals aren’t even hiding. Most of them are objectively stupid. Maybe even borderline retarded. We are not dealing with stone cold whodunits and criminal masterminds necessitating a never-ending surveillance state to unwind their seemingly inscrutable conspiracies. The crime problem in America is driven by a lack of resolve, not technology. The technology, however, is brilliantly designed to aid the next COVID regime in tracking down and locking up healthy people who refuse to go along with the next Lord Fauci. I saw what they prosecuted and didn’t prosecute before they had Flock cameras. And that’s why this kind of pro-Flock propaganda is laughable.
You say you can’t opt out of Flock, but you can opt out of the mass surveillance device you carry everywhere in your pocket. But have you opted out? Do you intend to opt out? You don’t. Even if you turn location services off, your phone is still trackable. The technology can still be abused, it can still be hacked, your data can, and has been leaked. You don’t dispose of your phone, you continue using a computer, you bank online, you allow a watch to track your health information, you may even have an AirTag in your wallet. You still use credit cards, your car may even track your location. You’re on social media as you read this. You say you *can* opt out, and that’s true, if you choose to live in the Stone Age. None of you actually do it. It’s selective outrage.

Sotomayer’s Footnote 9 in West Virginia v. B. P. J., seems to undermine her entire point. Yes, the majority is concerned with eliminating the athletic advantage inherent to sex identified at birth, which is exactly why it treats all of those born male the same way.

Senator, with respect, this is exactly why Republican voters are done with you. We do not care about precedent more than we care about the country. We are asking why the GOP keeps screaming that America is on the line, then hides behind procedure the SECOND it is time to ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. It's always the SAME SHIT. All of you campaign like the republic is on fire and then you GOVERN like the most sacred thing in Washington is some rules that aren't even laws. We do not give a shot about your comfort level walking around Washington DC... we actually care about whether the next election is real. We are sick of traditions that only ever seem to tie the hands of Republicans while Democrats use every inch of power they can grab the moment they get it. The base is not demoralized because we are asking too much. The base is demoralized because YOU promised major reform and then did JACK SHIT. We are not asking for the MOON AND THE STARS. ALL WE ARE ASKING FOR IT... IS THAT AMERICAN CITIZENS ONLY GET TO VOTE IN AMERICAN ELECTIONS. IS THAT SERIOUSLY SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND????

Unrealized gains tax for Gen-Z: You buy a Pokémon card for $50. Someone offers you $500 for it. You say no. You love that card. You're keeping it. The government says: "Cool, but that card is worth $500 now. You owe us $100 in taxes." You: "…I didn't sell it." Government: "Don't care. Pay up." You don't have $100 lying around. So you're forced to sell the card you love just to pay a tax on money you never received. Next month? That card drops back to $50. Your card is gone. Your money is gone. And the government shrugs. That's a wealth tax on unrealized gains. They don't pay you back the tax... Now picture this. Your mom calls you crying. She has to sell the house she raised you in. Not because she can't afford it. She's lived there 30 years. It's paid off. But some website says it's worth more now and the government says she owes $15,000 she doesn't have. So she sells your childhood home. The kitchen where she made you breakfast. The doorframe where she marked your height every birthday. Gone. To pay a tax on money that was never real. Now picture the opposite. Your dad put everything into his small business. For 20 years he built it from nothing. One year the business is "valued" at $2 million on paper. He owes a massive tax bill. He empties his savings. Sells his truck. Borrows money. Pays it. Next year the market crashes. His business is worth $200,000. He lost everything to pay a tax on a number that doesn't exist anymore. Does the government give him his money back? No. Does the government give him his truck back? No. Does the government care? No. They sold this idea as "taxing billionaires." But billionaires have armies of lawyers, offshore accounts, and trusts. They'll be fine. You know who won't be fine? Your mom. Your dad. Your neighbor with a small business. The farmer down the road who's had the same land for four generations and now has to sell it because dirt got expensive. You're not taxing wealth. You're taxing people for owning things. It's like getting a parking ticket for a car you might drive somewhere someday. They want you to own nothing and be happy. To fund the fraud, waste and abuse of the welfare state they created. There is enough money. More tax isn't needed. It's all a lie. But you've been gaslit into believing this is a rich vs poor debate. I hope you understand what's at stake.

One of the defining, unstated philosophies of Democrats in the modern era can be understood as follows: If a Democrat breaks the law in furtherance of a cause that Democrat personally believes to be just, such Democrat did not break the law. Pretty much every major news story of the past few weeks has been based in this belief--see, e.g., Don Lemon, Alex Pretti, Renee Good and every other Democrat domestic terrorist violating numerous federal, state and local criminal statutes.

Anyone else notice that Cook’s counsel seemed to be arguing that removal for cause by the President actually means impeachment by Congress or removal as approved by the Courts.

Getting tired of the courts treating political office as personal property of the person holding it especially for appointed officers. Cook was removed for cause, there is no way she should be allowed to hold the office during appeal.

Got annoyed with the AI answers on Google displaying strong political bias so I searched for the following, “How can I get an AI to answer without political bias favoring progressive views?” “An AI Overview is not available for this search”

I hear that certain Democrats are planning to disrupt President Trump’s speech to protest Trump’s disruption of the bureaucracy. Apparently disruption is okay when it’s the left doing the disrupting.

Now I have heard at least 20 Democratic pundits claim Harris’s campaign was “flawless.” What on Earth are they talking about? After her “joy” surge, she had to explain her positions and she absolutely failed to do that. How is that flawless?

We posted this video highlighting some of Kamala’s from last night. Tik Tok immediately removed the video and denied our appeal. Take a look for yourself…

Moderators to this debate are trash. Adding in false one sided fact checks to prop up Kamala. In the other hand, they didn’t fact check Kamala’s Project 2025 lies.

Someone want to explain how Judge Mehta in DC can take Jurisdiction of a case filed against Media Matters in Missouri state court and block discovery because the case has a political taint, but Trump has had to suffer through multiple politically tainted cases in NY and GA?
