Another Miami Founder Dinner in the books.
What started as a simple idea has turned into one of my favorite things I do in Miami.
The goal is straightforward. Get great people in a room.
No panels. No pitching. No forced networking.
Just real conversations with real builders.
On Tuesday we had founders and executives across AI, ecommerce, tech, and private equity all sitting at one table.
That’s the real value of a city like Miami. The right room can change everything.
Everyone left with new relationships and people they can genuinely call for anything they need.
One of my favorite parts of my business is that it puts me in the middle of so many different industries. I get to learn from incredible people every day and more importantly, connect them not just to a home in Miami, but to the right people here.
I’ll be hosting these monthly. Want an invite to the next one? DMs always open. 🚀
Lincoln Road Mall in Miami, Florida (1965)
Now in 2026, developers are buying up as much property on this road as possible with plans to completely change it once again..

Save this before you pick your next Miami neighborhood 📍
Miami isn't one city. It's 30+ neighborhoods, and each one feels completely different.
Brickell is skyline living and walk-everywhere energy.
Wynwood and Midtown bring the art, good food, and the nightlife.
Edgewater gives you bay views with a quieter pace.
Coconut Grove is leafy, laid back and on the water.
Coral Gables is classic, tree-lined and timeless.
South Beach, Mid Beach and North Beach each have their own version of beach life.
Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour are pure oceanfront luxury.
Key Biscayne feels like an island escape 10 minutes from Brickell.
So which one are you? 👇

University of Miami Health System is proposing an outpatient center in Pinecrest!
The former Macy's and Burger King is slated to be redeveloped into a healthcare facility.
This would be great for Pinecrest I think. Thoughts?
The Venetian Islands did $141,000,000 in sales in the last 30 days.
6 closings across San Marco, San Marino, Rivo Alto and Di Lido. A one-mile chain of islands outselling entire cities.

Months of supply for $1M+ homes in Miami right now:

Same city, completely different markets! The delta between these neighborhoods is fascinating to see
Oceanfront Home Located at 255 Ocean Sells for $69,500,000 CASH 🤯
Located in Golden Beach, Florida - this brand new home was sold with rumors of Jeff Bezos being the mystery buyer..
Bezos already owns his Indian Creek compound, would be crazy if true!
"Which Miami neighborhood should I live in?"
Every client moving here asks me that. For years the honest answer lived in my head and in spreadsheets nobody else could see. The tools I could send them were locked behind sign-up forms or stuck in 2009.
So I built the thing I wished I could send.

$1.7 BILLION sold in Brickell, Miami before a single shovel hit the ground...
Mandarin Oriental Residences, Brickell Key. The 66-story south tower is over 84% sold across 228 residences.
Some fun facts on the development:
- Prices are up at least 30% since 2024 launch
- Two penthouses went for roughly $50M each
- Buyers are about 65% domestic, with many planning to make this their primary residence
- Swire is self-financing construction
- Delivery is estimated for end of 2030.
Remember my Top 5 Neighborhoods post? For those who disagreed, recent data backs it up.
Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Key Biscayne:
68 sales over $1M in 30 days
$205,000,000 in volume
~7 months of supply, the tightest luxury market in Miami
This doesn't even include New Construction data/ sales, which is incredibly strong with projects like the Four Seasons being over 85% sold.
Living in Miami is incredible and I realize it every time I come back from a trip.
The average person is sad and annoyed when they have to come back home. Me on the other hand am ready to come back after 5-7 days anywhere.

Austin, I’m not sure what your background is, but I’d argue that 70% of agents out there are average at best. The best of the best? Absolutely worth having on your side. Whether you’re buying or selling, having a top tier agent who understands pricing, strategy, and negotiation can save you or make you thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars. The right representation isn’t an expense. It’s an investment. Just like anything
