AI as a technology is just in its infancy. But let's not forget that data centers are for a lot more than just AI. This picture, which aggressive in tone, does highlight all the difference technologies that use data centers. So yes, we have a lot of data centers, but the AI usage of these data centers is still in the first inning.

This is a great example of the maturing partnership between data centers and the community. If we had these types of agreements from the beginning we would have a lot less friction in America between communities and data centers.
