A few years ago, I got hit with layoffs. I couldn't find a job. I was applying everywhere. My network try to help me. I was getting interviews but I couldn't get an offer letter. When I couldn't find a job. Being let go was the greatest thing that ever happened to me. Talk about random timing. God gives you something on his time not your time. You can have faith and hope for the best but he works on his time. He will give you what you need at the right time. I was hit with layoffs and I ended up being a speaker at Romania 🇷🇴. I honestly did not want to go. My confidence was at a all time low. My friend convinced me to go. By the time I left Romania, I was offered a job. I got a job by the time I came back from traveling and speaking. Miracles happen at the right time. I pray that you find your next opportunity this week. That's my TedTalk for today. I hope this motivates you. Have a good week! #itsupportspecialist #desktopsupport #desktopsupporttechnician #careers #cybersecurity #helpdesk #helpdesksupport #servicedesk #cybersec

The job market keeps changing. What I'm seeing working with my mentees. -Ai interviews (people are not interviewing candidates. Ai is interviewing people now) -Learning how to use ai for work -It's more who you know now since too many people are applying for the same job. -References go a long way. -How do you make yourself stand out against other candidates? What makes you different from other people. -You need to know more now for entry level jobs. -Fake job postings. Fake jobs being posted online. -Fake offer letters. Fake recruiters are taking advantage of people looking for work. The good news is that people are still hiring but the job market is difficult right now. I hope all of you find work soon. Have a good Thursday! #itsupportspecialist #desktopsupport #desktopsupporttechnician #desktopengineer #servicedesk #servicedeskanalyst #cybersecurity #cybersec #systemadmin

IT Guys but also IT girls work 24 hours in tech without being rewarded for hard work. I'm grateful to the tech folks behind the scenes for working hard. They only get yelled at when stuff doesn't work. Working IT can be stressful but a meaningful job. Happy Thursday folks. I hope you have a great week! #itsupportspecialist #desktopsupport #desktopsupporttechnician #careers #cybersecurity #cybersec #systemadmin #systemadministration
