Todays @irishathletics national league was a joke. Behind time after the first event of the day with no update to athletes or spectators

It's a lot easier to say the right things than do them.
Lots talk. Few do.
Look towards the people whose actions mirror their values and ethics.
Too often, those who talk loudly about values, often don't follow through with actions.
I find it very strange when an athlete tells me they can’t say no or have a critical conversation with their coach.

Great news out of the US this morning. @KevKelly_95 goes sub 4mins for the mile in 3:57.86. He joins the elusive club and goes 25th 🇮🇪 all time.
We make that 7 DCU alumni/current students to break 4mins. @DCUAlumni @DCUSportsWellbe

A year ago today I was unable to walk having suffered a stroke. Thanks to the mindset learned as an Olympian, 2 months later I was back running! Today I’m thankful to my family, friends, fans, and @mjp360 for the incredible support! #strokesurvivor #health #Olympics #motivation

Congratulations to Katie Bouman to whom we owe the first photograph of a black hole ever. Not seeing her name circulate nearly enough in the press.
