When it comes to pay gaps, there are consequences.
These families have less money for food, college, childcare and daily expenses.

Yesterday, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors passed @HildaSolis motion to proclaim today, Nov. 20 as #LatinaEqualPayDay and to send a letter to @GavinNewsom and First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom to thank them for their commitment to addressing the wage gap.
