Our team at @KeswickFire are delivering crucial lifesaving information sessions next week.
The crews will deliver a talk and demonstrate CPR, and offer further information on how to assist someone who has had a seizure.
Our crew are taking part in a breathing apparatus (BA) training session at Keswick Rugby Club tonight.
Please don't be alarmed if you see smoke in the vicinity between 5.30pm and 8.30pm.

What a fantastic turnout @KeswickFire On-call appreciation night. To all the families and employers thank you so much for supporting @CumbriaFire On-call firefighters. 100% availability in January, not dropping below 98.5% in the last 12 months, absolutely amazing 👏@IanJSeel

Just look at that view. !!!
Keswick wildfire team just back from another fire caused by a discarded BBQ at Buttemere. This fire was deep seated and tied crews up for 5 hours.
Please be #wildfireaware
Unfortunately this was the result of two disposable BBQs on the fell side.
With the hot weather and the large number of visitors we are expecting over the coming weeks, we respectfully ask everyone to be aware of the potential dangers and act responsibly 🙏♨️🏕

Wildfires can spread quickly. If you light a fire in a rural area and it starts to spread, please call 999. The sooner we stop it, the better!

Looking to have dinner by the lake or river tonight? Leave the BBQ at home and take a picnic instead to reduce the risk of a wildfire. #KeepCumbriaSafe
