1/2 It's the final day at the 2026 Mashujaa Day thematic expo.
What an insightful experience in the City of Champions, Eldoret as we wrapped up our final day! We were honoured to host our Board Chairman, Joy Brenda Masinde, and our North Rift Regional Manager, Eng. Mary Kirui, who also shared the Kenya Power experience with our customers and the wider public.
From exciting #Ecooking demonstrations showcasing clean, convenient cooking with electricity, to #Emobility and MyPower App activations, we brought our services closer to the people while demonstrating how electricity continues to power innovation, opportunity and economic growth.
2/2 As we look forward to Mashujaa Day, our participation reflects the national theme of Security, Sports and the Economy, and the important role of reliable electricity in powering communities and supporting Kenya’s development.
To our customers, partners and everyone who visited our space at the Eldoret National Polytechnic, asante sana, kongoi missing!

Sometimes, the people who change a school’s future are the ones who pass by it every day. Despite proximity to a critical infrastructure, Rabai Senior School, Kilifi County, had only four computers serving over 1,200 learners for years, limiting access to digital learning. 1/5

This Mazingira Day, we reaffirm our commitment to a greener, more sustainable Kenya.
Over the last three years, we have planted and nurtured 1,028,518 trees across forests, public institutions and community land, contributing to forest restoration, biodiversity conservation and the protection of water catchment areas.
As we continue to support environmental conservation, we encourage everyone to plant trees, nurture them to maturity and take collective responsibility for protecting our environment for future generations.
