Prior to Coach’s arrival in 2006, UTM had won just 20 games in its first 14 years in the league.
Today, UTM has the most wins in the OVC since 2006, and Coach Simpson has become just the third man in conference history to win 100 OVC games.
The other two are CFB Hall of Famers.
Congratulations to @UTM_FOOTBALL head coach @Coach_JSimpson on becoming just the third coach in @OVCSports history to record 100 conference victories!

It's the best time of the year as a recruiting coordinator. College coaches are on the road and stopping by to build programs.
Coaches, I have seniors who are still looking for the right fit.

This clip from JaMarcus Shephard's opening press conference is a must-watch for any leader.
"I get up in the morning, I look in the mirror, and I say to myself, ‘There’s someone who needs you today, big dog. They need you. They need you now....They need you today. I don’t care what’s going on in your life right now. Go help them."
Someone needs you today. Not when your schedule clears. Not when life feels easier. Today.
You can’t schedule when someone will need you. You can only choose to be there when they do.

“It’s not what you’re capable of. It’s what you’re willing to do.”
Many are capable.
Very few are willing.
That’s the separator.
