A long Journey! It was nice sitting down with @harry_marino and the guys reflecting on the tons of work many people have put in to bring this to life!

Great insights from @KennethMFarrow @kwhitehead and @jack_kramer65 about what happens when Players take ownership of their union and the collective bargaining process. Proud to know and work with them.

Honestly as young boys we were ahead of our time when it comes to uniform design, because all across the country I see uniforms I created 20 years ago when I was on the PlayStation.

Wild ride for the UFPA to go from off the negotiating table last year to now being solely in the driver's seat.
Player's needed the representation, and the UFPA has a tall task ahead, but at least we know they have the experience and will to do what's best for these players.

Even as I start a new journey in business, I'm thankful for the opportunity to continue giving back to others in the game, and be involved with @UnitedFBPlayers. Being asked to be part of a group so dedicated to others' success on and off the field is humbling. #UFPA
We started this journey 5 years ago fighting for transparency, yesterday we got elected to be the ones at the table. To all the fellas that have opened emails, hopped on zoom calls and had countless conversations over the last 5 years, this one is for US!
