No one wants to hear this but you will find more wisdom in an old fairy-tale, a monologue from Shakespeare, a chapter of Jane Austen, than in all the self-help books in Barnes & Noble. You don't need more lifemaxxing, you need myth, poetry, beauty.

for people addicted to self-help books, I prescribe that you read one poem every day and recite it until you have it memorized. you people need an infusion of beauty, not more neurosis

I’m at the post office an hour and a half before it closes for Christmas to mail a grant application I wrote 6 weeks ago that finally was approved. And the funder doesn’t have an online portal or email address. 🫡 #nonprofit

Traveling is tough these days, so here's a positive shout out to @Enterprise @enterprisecares, Tampa FL W. Gandy Blvd location. They were so helpful & kind w/ my recent rental. I only drove 40 mi and they waived fill-up charges. Great customer service!

I’m about to start day 2 of extroverting hard AF. Yesterday was exhausting, so I’m starting today with some meditative stretching for my Wednesday extroverting marathon. My coworker is the most gracious host, and gave my other coworker and I the cutest welcome gifts.
