Hi @British_Airways is there an email for customer relations please? My original flight for 18 Jun was cancelled & while I’ve sorted the flights via the contact centre, I’m now £254 out of pocket for a hotel and parking. The form on the website isn’t clear for this.
If it would at least be possible to get the equivalent Avios back please, I could then rebook for the correct airport (as this changed from LGW to LHR). Thank you @British_Airways
Hi @TUIUK looking at booking a holiday later this year with some upgraded seating, yet when I select said seating, you add an additional £135 (for two) on top of the price you state. Please can someone investigate & advise as I’m pretty sure that’s not allowed…?
Hey @British_Airways I changed a booking online & you've charged me more than the receipt says. I try to call & you keep sending me useless text messages & hanging up. Not helpful!
Please @AmazonUK PLEASE tell your drivers to stop leaving parcels in full view on driveways when they haven’t even rung the sodding doorbell OR even knocked on the damn door!
